WE ARE Roseburg, based in Dillard, Oregon, USA. We are a privately owned manufacturer and marketer of a diverse line of building materials and specialty products that include lumber, hardwood and softwood plywood, engineered wood products, decorative melamine, medium density fiberboard, particleboard and specialty panels. With lands and facilities in the Northwest and Southeast, we market product to customers throughout North America.
WE MANUFACTURE, with state-of-the-art, vertically-integrated facilities, products that meet or exceed the wood industry’s highest structural standards. Our facilities include:
• Corporate headquarters in Dillard, OR
• Regional office in Oxford, MS
• Regional sales office in Atlanta, GA
• A medium density fiberboard plant in Holly Hill, SC with a annual capacity of 100 million feet
• A sawmill in Dillard, OR producing 400 million board feet of stud lumber annually
• Three plywood plants in Dillard, Coquille and Riddle, OR that produce over a billion square feet (3/8" basis) annually of softwood plywood and 150 million feet of hardwood plywood
• Six particleboard plants located in Dillard, OR, Missoula, MT, Louisville and Taylorsville, MS, Vienna, GA and Russellville, SC. Combined capacity of 1.3 billion feet, makes Roseburg one of the largest producers in North America
• An engineered wood products plant in Riddle, OR with the capacity to produce 160 million linear feet of I-Joists and 7.2 million cubic feet of laminated veneer lumber annually
• Three decorative melamine facilities located in Oxford, MS, Missoula, MT and Dillard, OR with a combined capacity of 400 million feet.
• A panel cut-to-size mill in Eupora, MS
• A wood chip export terminal located in North Bend, OR. Roseburg is the nation’s largest exporter of Douglas Fir wood chips to Japan
• A softwood veneer plant in Weed, CA
WE FEATURE our brands including; RFPI®, RigidLam®, RigidRim® engineered wood products; SuperPly®, RediPly™ and SkyPly™ plywoods; Ultrablend™, RoseburgPine™, Multifiber®, Novoflor® SkyBlend® and Redi-Shelf™ particleboards; Synergite® medium density fiberboard; RoseburgMelamine™ and Duramine® decorative melamines.
WE MARKET to many different types of customers, including:

• Retail distribution partners
• Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Industrial custom laminators and panelizers
• National home centers
• Wholesale distributors
WE SHIP mixed or full shipments to customers throughout the United States.
All of our mills are served by truck and rail access. Our transportation department has established excellent freight rates to all parts of the country.
WE OWN over 700,000 acres of sustainably managed timberlands. The ability to rely on our own forests as our primary source of logs gives us the flexibility to match our resources to our product mix. Our timberland ownership also gives us stability in price and supply of logs.
