Roseburg UltraBlend particleboard is produced at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dillard, Oregon. This plant has newly installed formers that create better uniform particle geometry and more evenly distributed fibers to produce an extremely smooth, tight, consistent panel face and back. The recent addition of the industry’s newest automatic on-line grading system takes the human element out of this important process, resulting in a whole new level of consistent quality. Roseburg’s Dillard, Oregon complex is the single largest integrated wood products manufacturing facility in North America. Our unique vertical integration allows for complete quality control and gives us the ability to produce a substrate that meets our customer performance and price expectations. Environmental Certifications
It has been verified and certified by both the Composite Panel Association (EPP) and the Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) that Roseburg UltraBlend particleboard is produced using 100% pre-consumer recycled fiber content (fiber basis). In addition, UltraBlend meets the new July 1, 2006 EPP-CPA 02-06 formaldehyde emission requirement of 0.20 ppm.
