New Thermally-Fused Melamine Press in Missoula
We have recently installed North America’s newest and most technologically advanced thermally-fused melamine press at our Missoula particleboard facility. The Dieffenbacher 5’ x 24’ press has a fully integrated lay-up line. The Intex thermal oil system and GreCon visual grading system are all controlled by one HMI system ensuring predictable and reliable products for years to come.
Environmental Certifications
It has been verified and certified by both the Composite Panel Association (EPP) and the Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) that Roseburg UltraBlend particleboard is produced using 100% pre-consumer recycled fiber content (fiber basis). In addition, Roseburg UltraBlend particleboard meets the new July 1, 2006 EPP-CPA 02-06 formaldehyde emission requirement of 0.20 ppm.
