Synergite® is a high-quality, light-colored medium density fiberboard (MDF) panel produced by Roseburg. The uniformity of this homogeneous product is ensured by the predominant use of Southern Pine which is refined and then bonded in a RF (radio frequency)/steam-heated multi-opening press.  Synergite is omnidirectional, so it can be shaped and finished without the grain and pitting problems associated with solid lumber or particleboard. It also provides a more stable core and a superior surface for printing and laminating. Synergite panel’s homogeneous mat structure ensures uniformity of density between the surfaces, without a loose core. There is no grain direction, no growth rings, no end porous section and no definite layered structure. The random fiber orientation eliminates the built-in stress that could cause warping, while increasing strength and impact resistance.
